Customer Success Manager Remote - Switzerland

• Build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with our customers and partners across German-, French- and Italian-speaking Switzerland.
• Accelerate the adoption of clean-energy solutions by making sure our customers get the most out of what we offer.
• Be the go-to person for our Swiss customers, with a proactive "Yes, we can" attitude.
• Spot new opportunities to grow partnerships and bring your commercial mindset to every conversation.
• Work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and keep customer needs moving forward.
• Visit customers and partners regularly across Switzerland, while enjoying the flexibility of a home-office based setup.

All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or comparable technical or business studies.
• Around 2 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, ideally with knowledge of the Swiss market.
• Strong communication and commercial skills, paired with a proactive "Yes, we can" attitude.
• The ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, with CRM knowledge as a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland and occasionally across the DACH region.
• German and English at C1 level; French or Italian at B2 level is a plus.
