Affiliate Manager (Cyprus)

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our affiliate channel. In this role, you will own a portfolio of affiliate partners end to end, from sourcing and negotiating through onboarding, optimizing and scaling. You will also be our eyes on the market, finding new partners, tracking competitor activity across the affiliate landscape and spotting emerging marketing opportunities early. You’ll turn those findings into growth for the business and help us stay ahead of the curve.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliates across SEO, PPC, social, native, programmatic and email, against monthly FTD and revenue targets.
• Proactively find and recruit new affiliates, building a steady pipeline of partners we aren’t yet working with.
• Negotiate data-backed deals and onboard new partners.
• Monitor competitor activity on affiliate sites, including listings, positions, offers and promotions, and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Identify and test emerging channels, partner types and marketing ideas so we’re early adopters, not followers.
• Track pacing and cohort quality (sign-up → FTD → QFTD, ARPPU, ROAS, eCPA) and act early on underperformance.
• Run regular partner reviews to shift exposure toward the positions and sources that perform.
• Partner with Product and Data teams on promotions, tracking and reporting.
• Identify fraud, low-quality traffic and tracking issues before they turn into costs.

• 2–3 years of experience in affiliate management. iGaming, online casino or sweepstakes is a must.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing new affiliates.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills. You’re comfortable with BI dashboards and Excel/Sheets and judge deals on ROAS rather than volume.
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinker who stays on top of new marketing trends and is eager to push boundaries and test new ideas.
• Confident negotiator with the ability to build long-term partner relationships.
• Excellent communicator who keeps their manager updated proactively, with clear, concise written updates and no need for chasing.
• Organized, independent self-starter with strong ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Native-level or near-native English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Based in Cyprus. This is a full-time, on-site role.
• Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g. Income Access, MyAffiliates, Cellxpert) is an advantage.
