Job Title: Systems Analyst – AWS Focus
Location: Tampa, FL 33607
Work Schedule: Onsite – 5 days/week

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development
• Hands-on, production-level experience with AWS Connect
• AWS Connect implementation, development, and configuration
• Recent AWS experience
• Application design, development, implementation, and integration
• Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Complex application integration
• Technical design specifications
• Application development and support
• Complex software development projects

Required Technology

• AWS Connect
• Python coding/programming
• AWS CDK development
• Azure DevOps
• Git
• GitHub
• CI/CD pipelines
• Agentic AI
• React

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information/Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent discipline
• Experience above the minimum may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree

Additional Requirements

• Expert knowledge of business software applications and hardware technologies
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and review technical design specifications
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience driving continuous process improvement across SDLC, maintenance, application support, and technology architecture
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
