Position Summary

Seeking a Senior Project Manager responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.

This position is accountable for meeting agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures while developing project plans and driving project milestones. The Senior Project Manager will manage technology projects, business and stakeholder relationships, Agile teams, security-related projects, and program status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle from ideation and project definition through implementation.
• Develop project plans and drive project milestones.
• Manage technology projects and Agile teams from a business perspective.
• Manage security-related projects.
• Manage dependencies across multiple stakeholders and Agile teams.
• Streamline processes between multiple Agile teams and stakeholders.
• Establish effective communication plans with project teams and key stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day direction to project resources.
• Ensure effective change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and budgets.
• Manage business and stakeholder relationships.
• Provide program status reporting.
• Manage projects with enterprise-level impacts.
• Ensure projects meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures.

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Agile and Project Management experience.
• 5–10 years of Risk, Compliance, and Program Oversight experience.
• Strong project management and Agile background.
• Experience managing dependencies across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing projects from ideation through implementation with enterprise impacts.
• Experience managing Agile teams from a business perspective.
• Experience managing security-related projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Specialized knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with Jira, Wiki, and Microsoft tools.
