Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter

Location: Richmond, VA or McLean, VA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months + Possibility to Extend and/or Convert to FTE
Pay Rate: $42/HR (W2 Only)

Job/Role Description:

• This role is responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified Product and Business Analyst candidates to support business hiring needs.
• Identify and engage potential candidates for Product Analyst and Business Analyst positions, with a focus on talent markets in Chicago, Washington, DC, and New York City.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for assigned positions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate outreach and initial screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with position requirements.
• Partner with hiring teams to understand recruitment needs, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity records.
• Support recruiting initiatives and contribute to an efficient candidate experience.
• Work in a hybrid environment, with required onsite presence in either Richmond, VA, or McLean, VA.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing.
• Experience sourcing Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar professional candidates.
• Ability to identify and engage qualified candidates across multiple geographic markets, particularly Chicago, Washington, DC, and New York City.
• Strong understanding of candidate sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
• Experience evaluating candidate qualifications against job requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with hiring teams.
• Must be able to work onsite in a hybrid capacity in Richmond, VA, or McLean, VA.
