Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI agents and agentic solutions.
This role will focus heavily on developing sophisticated AI agents, multi-agent workflows, orchestration frameworks, and reusable AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive.
Microsoft Copilot Studio experience is the primary requirement. Azure AI Foundry experience is beneficial but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy enterprise AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Develop end-to-end agentic solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Build both declarative and custom agents for complex enterprise use cases.
- Design sophisticated agent orchestration patterns, including multi-agent coordination, task decomposition, workflow execution, and tool chaining.
- Develop orchestration layers supporting agent planning, execution, validation, error handling, and recovery.
- Build tool and skill invocation pipelines that allow agents to interact with enterprise applications and services.
- Ground AI agents in enterprise data using Microsoft Graph and Microsoft 365 data sources.
- Design integrations across Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- Develop reusable Copilot Studio frameworks, components, patterns, and standards to accelerate enterprise AI development.
- Solve complex engineering challenges involving agent collaboration, workflow execution, latency, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.
- Establish AI engineering best practices for prompt management, skill versioning, automated testing, evaluation, and CI/CD.
- Implement monitoring and observability for agent workflows, including execution tracing, performance metrics, success measurement, and failure analysis.
- Apply Responsible AI principles, including security controls, data privacy, policy enforcement, secure tool access, and explain ability.
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions for Copilot and agent-based solutions.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, Engineering, and Platform teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise technology standards and strategic roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
- Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Proven experience building and deploying AI agents in enterprise environments.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Experience designing agentic workflows, agent orchestration, multi-agent systems, and multi-step business processes.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph and enterprise data integration.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive.
- Strong background in AI engineering, workflow automation, and agent architecture.
- Experience developing reusable frameworks and scalable enterprise AI capabilities.
- Understanding of enterprise security, governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI practices.
- Strong engineering, problem-solving, architecture, and cross-functional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for AI and agent-based applications.
- Knowledge of AI evaluation, observability, tracing, and performance optimization.
- Experience developing enterprise standards and governance frameworks for AI agent development.
