Support a multi-year data transformation program focused on migrating an on-premises data warehouse environment to AWS.
Serve as a Lead Scrum Master supporting Agile Working Groups across business areas including Customer, Finance, Human Resources, and Enterprise Asset Management.
Work with multiple and/or larger-scale teams to facilitate Agile-based processes and drive solutions across teams.
Partner closely with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, team members, and management in accordance with the Agile framework.
Ensure Agile teams are fully functional and productive while helping shield teams from unnecessary external interruptions.
Apply a servant leadership approach to support team performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Identify and remove barriers and impediments preventing teams from completing work.
Plan and organize Agile activities while developing and maintaining metrics that support sprint planning and sprint management.
Capture and monitor team and project health metrics, including burn-down charts, velocity, and other relevant Agile metrics.
Mentor team members, promote Agile thinking, and encourage adherence to established Agile processes while recognizing when teams require flexibility.
Facilitate estimation activities, including story points and Planning Poker.
Maintain the product backlog and Scrum/task board in partnership with the team and Product Owner.
Ensure the quality and integrity of Agile artifacts.
Capture and track impediments, risks, and dependencies through resolution.
Update team improvement backlogs with commitments identified during retrospectives.
Complete and distribute team Commitment Reports and End-of-Sprint Reports based on sprint demonstrations and Product Owner acceptance.
Help teams balance Agile best practices with the practical needs of the organization and individual working groups.
Support teams working with data initiatives and use data and metrics to improve sprint planning, execution, and delivery.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
5+ years of experience with project management concepts and practices.
