Position Summary
Seeking a highly organized Project Manager to provide project management and execution support for employee recognition, engagement, leadership, and employee experience initiatives. This role will support a team of Business Advisors by managing project plans, timelines, stakeholder communications, reporting, logistics, vendors, and day-to-day execution.
This is primarily an execution and coordination role, not a strategic consulting or program-design position. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple workstreams, and strong at driving follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
Coordinate stakeholder meetings, agendas, communications, action items, and follow-ups.
Support employee recognition, engagement, leadership, and employee experience programs.
Coordinate events, vendors, logistics, communications, registrations, materials, and participant support.
Develop status reports, dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, and executive-ready updates.
Track budgets, invoices, expenditures, risks, and issues.
Maintain SharePoint sites, project repositories, and project documentation.
Collect program metrics, survey/feedback information, and support continuous improvement.
Partner with Business Advisors, stakeholders, and vendors to keep initiatives organized and on schedule.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of project management, project coordination, operations, program administration, or event management experience.
Strong organizational, planning, coordination, and follow-through skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
Employee engagement or recognition programs.
Employee experience, HR, learning, communications, or culture initiatives.
Corporate events, leadership meetings, conferences, or program logistics.
Vendor coordination and budget tracking.

Ideal Candidate Profile
A strong candidate will be an execution-focused Project Manager who can independently organize work, maintain project plans, coordinate meetings and events, create polished reporting and presentations, manage vendors and logistics, and consistently drive action items to completion. Experience supporting employee-focused programs is a plus, but strong project coordination and execution experience are the core requirements.
