Project Manager – Acquisitions & Divestitures

Richmond, VA

Hybrid onsite – 3 days in office/2 days remote

W2 Rate - $63/hr – NO 1099 NO THIRD PARTY NO CTC

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of project management experience.
• Experience in procurement and/or the finance industry is required
• Experience supporting acquisitions and divestitures.
• Experience managing tactical PM activities and coordinating integration efforts and cross-functional teams
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex project plans, documentation, risks, timelines, and changing requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, influencing, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs, or Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
