Senior IT Project Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology and infrastructure initiatives from planning through successful delivery. This role will manage multiple projects involving IT infrastructure, office relocations, network deployments, and audiovisual (AV) implementations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to established quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of technical delivery or project management experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience managing infrastructure-related projects in dynamic enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of complex IT and infrastructure projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource requirements, budgets, and dependencies.
• Manage projects involving office relocations, network/infrastructure deployments, AV implementations, and related technology initiatives.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, technical resources, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables, making adjustments as necessary.
• Provide regular project status updates and executive-level reporting to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Establish project governance, documentation, communication plans, and reporting processes.
• Manage and support project staffing, including interviewing, resource selection, and day-to-day project team coordination.
• Review project deliverables to ensure quality standards and business requirements are met.
• Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, schedules, and reporting.
• Conduct project evaluations and provide recommendations for process and delivery improvements.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve project management processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in technical delivery, IT project management, or related roles.
• Strong experience managing IT infrastructure, office relocation, network, and/or AV deployment projects.
• Strong understanding of IT project delivery methodologies and project lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects, schedules, resources, and competing priorities.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business partners, vendors, and senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and successfully operate in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise infrastructure or workplace technology initiatives.
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and an interest in applying AI tools to improve processes, reporting, and project efficiency.
