Job Title: Lead Technical Recruiter
Location: Plano, TX 75024 or San Antonio, TX- Will take relocations from w/in Texas or surrounding states
Status-Green Card, US Citizen, OPT EAD, H4EAD
Work Type: Onsite 5 days per week

The strongest candidates will be seasoned technical recruiters who have worked in large technology environments and have a proven track record of filling specialized Data, Analytics, and AI positions. Candidates should be comfortable partnering directly with technical hiring managers, understanding complex technical skill requirements, and proactively sourcing hard-to-find talent.

Candidates with prior recruiting experience at AWS, Google, Microsoft, or comparable technology organizations are strongly preferred.

Recruiting Focus: Prioritize candidates with Big Tech recruiting backgrounds and recent, hands-on experience filling Data Science, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and AI positions. General corporate recruiters without substantial technical recruiting experience will not be a fit

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in full-cycle technology recruiting, particularly within Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience recruiting highly specialized technical professionals in competitive talent markets, preferably within a large-scale technology organization such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, or a similar Big Tech environment.

This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, source and attract top talent, and manage candidates throughout the entire hiring lifecycle. Success in this role requires the ability to understand complex technical requirements, identify hard-to-find talent, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and deliver qualified candidates in a competitive hiring environment.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall professional recruiting experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated technical recruiting experience.
• Recent, hands-on experience recruiting for Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) positions.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and recruiting highly specialized technical talent in competitive, high-demand markets.
• Experience recruiting for technical positions such as:
• Data Scientists
• Data Engineers
• Machine Learning Engineers
• AI Engineers
• Applied Scientists
• Analytics Professionals
• Strong ability to understand technical job requirements and translate hiring manager needs into effective sourcing strategies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities.
• Excellent candidate engagement, communication, interviewing, and relationship-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience within a large-scale technology organization or Big Tech company such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, or similar.
• Experience recruiting advanced and specialized technical talent across Data Science, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, AI, and Analytics.
• Experience supporting complex technical hiring initiatives in highly competitive talent markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial hiring manager intake through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate expectations.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified technical professionals.
• Utilize internet searches, professional networks, recruiting databases, and talent communities to identify prospective candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct candidate screens and interviews, and assess technical qualifications against position requirements.
• Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate candidate reviews and interview feedback.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and offer processes.
• Assist with salary negotiations and closing candidates.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring partners throughout the recruiting process.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines and delivery expectations.
• Support organizational compensation, talent development, and equal employment strategies.
