IT Field Technician

Field Services IT Associate
Location:  Detroit, MI (Onsite)
Duration:  12 Month Contract
Overview:

• Support of field service operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and contributing to surveys, data collection and reporting
• Ability to follow test scripts and successfully perform basic troubleshooting for login and print operations.
• Ability to deploy and verify basic computer functionality

Key Skills and Qualities:

• Entry level IT End User Device Technical Field Services knowledge
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel focused)
• Experience with Epic TDR Readiness Activities (preferred but not required)
• Ability to learn quickly and provide feedback to team leaders
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous Clinical Technical and workflow knowledge (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work well with team members and be self-directed in a dynamic clinical environment.
