Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service & Sales Rep to support a fast-paced financial services team.

• Deliver telephone-based support to members on all aspects of general insurance underwriting.
• Respond to member requests, resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
• Provide exceptional levels of customer service.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective members through conversation to identify member needs and suggest appropriate client insurance products.
• Achieve sales and service targets while adhering to European, US and International regulatory compliance guidelines and procedures.
• Understand and apply risk management principles by adhering to policies and procedures.
• Actively participate in personal and professional development, responding positively to feedback and overcoming challenges.
• Escalate systemic issues impacting member satisfaction.

• Experience multitasking in a Windows operating system environment.
• Excellent business English communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional corporate environment.
