HR Recruiting Sourcer

Richmond, VA or McLean, VA

6 months contract to hire option

Hybrid onsite – 3 days in office/2 days remote

W2 rate - $26-28/hr – NO 1099 NO CTC NO THIRD PARTY

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent full cycle sourcing experience.
• Experience sourcing Product Analysts, Business Analysts, or related professional roles.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills.
• Ability to identify qualified talent in competitive metropolitan markets.
• Excellent communication, organization, and candidate engagement skills.
• Will be supporting sourcing efforts in Chicago, IL | Washington, DC | New York, NY from either McLean, VA or Richmond, VA
