Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Writer to support customer-facing digital experiences within the Claims organization. This role will be responsible for developing clear, engaging, and member-focused content for digital communication templates and core website experiences.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer who can translate complex information into simple, intuitive messaging while adapting tone and language across different digital experiences. This individual will work closely with cross-functional partners to develop, review, and align content updates while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and develop content for Claims digital experiences, including member-facing website content and digital communication templates.

• Create clear, concise, customer-focused messaging that simplifies complex insurance and claims information.

• Develop concepts and copy for a variety of digital projects and communication needs.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align on content experience updates.

• Consult with business, sales, marketing, design, and other stakeholders to understand product or service requirements, audience needs, style, and messaging objectives.

• Edit, revise, and rewrite content as necessary to improve clarity, consistency, usability, and overall member experience.

• Adapt language, tone, and messaging based on the audience, product, communication channel, and digital experience.

• Review content within Figma and collaborate with design and experience teams throughout the development process.

• Prepare presentations and supporting documentation using PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

• Apply critical thinking and curiosity to identify content gaps and improve the overall digital customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional content writing, copywriting, UX writing, digital content, or related experience.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated experience writing for customer- or member-facing digital experiences.

• Strong project management and time-management skills.

• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to adjust tone and messaging for different audiences and communication channels.

Technology

Candidates should have experience working with:

• Figma

• Microsoft PowerPoint

• Microsoft Word

Preferred Qualifications

• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience.

• Claims-related content or insurance claims experience.

• Experience creating content for financial services or other highly regulated industries.

• Experience working alongside UX, product, design, marketing, or digital experience teams.
