Business Systems Analyst — Manufacturing ERP

Remote or St. Louis, MO - Depending on experience, remote work with periodic travel to St. Louis/locations may be considered.

Direct Hire/Perm

Travel and hybrid office work – must have valid Enhanced ID or Passport Card

Compensation - $120-$130K salary

• Key liaison between manufacturing operations, plant users, and the IT team, helping to understand business needs, improve processes, and maximize the value of its ERP technology.
• Requires experience working with manufacturing ERP systems and a strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• 2+ years experience working with manufacturing ERP systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing business processes and operations.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
• Ability to work directly with business users and manufacturing/plant personnel.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn business processes and technology.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing locations approximately once per month.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Infor Visual ERP.
• Experience with shop-floor or manufacturing operations.
• Exposure to production planning, work orders, estimation, or job-shop manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP configuration, optimization, enhancement, or continuous improvement.
• Experience working with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, or related business systems.
• Experience serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT.
• Experience working in a multi-site manufacturing organization.

Location & Travel

• The company may consider candidates who are open to relocating to St. Louis.
• Depending on the candidate, remote work with periodic travel to St. Louis and manufacturing locations may be considered.
• The company operates 17 locations, including 16 manufacturing sites.
