Are you passionate about football (soccer) and interested in growing a local football community? Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is looking for an Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow our football platform in Berlin.

Responsibilities:
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Berlin
- Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations
- Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members
- Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation

Requirement:
- Entrepreneurial operator with passion for football
- Experience in operations/community management
- Strong leadership and partnership development skills
- Marketing and communication skills
