Short Summary:
At Stetig, we are reinventing freight forwarding with a mission to transform the industry using AI and automation. We seek an exceptional Founding Engineer to design and build our technical foundation, working closely with the CTO and shaping the product and engineering culture from day one.

Responsibilities:
- Own and build core product features end-to-end, from frontend interfaces to backend services and data pipelines
- Design and implement AI agents and automated workflows
- Make architecture decisions and shape the technical direction of the platform
- Build integrations with carriers, logistics systems, and partner APIs
- Scale systems from early product to production-grade infrastructure
- Work directly with the CTO and founders on product vision and strategy
- Help define engineering best practices and code quality standards

Requirement:
- Experienced engineer with proficiency in TypeScript/Python/Go
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agent integration
- Solid backend skills (Postgres, Redis) and API design
- Zero-to-one startup experience and excellent English
- Product-minded engineer who cares about user impact
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration cycles
- Logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding domain knowledge (nice to have)
