Short Summary:
As a leader in Lawful and Location Intelligence, SS8 helps make societies safer. We’re looking for a customer-facing Senior Solutions Engineer to support sales of SS8’s portfolio across Law Enforcement, Intelligence Community, and Communications Service Providers primarily in the UK and across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer mission requirements.
- Represent SS8 in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Own the technical sales cycle: architecture, solution positioning, demos, POCs, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to LEA, IC, and telecom stakeholders.
- Develop high-level and detailed architectures integrating SS8 solutions into existing customer environments.
- Partner with account teams to develop winning strategies for new and existing opportunities.
- Provide structured feedback to product management on emerging trends and customer challenges.
Requirement:
- 10+ years in solution and systems engineering, sales engineering, network engineering, or solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of telecom network architectures and signaling protocols: 3G, 4G LTE/EPC, and 5G Core.
- Experience with lawful intercept frameworks and systems.
- Proven ability to run technical sales cycles and close complex deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with significant experience engaging directly with customers.
