Short Summary:
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for directing all business processes at their assigned store, ensuring team execution of programs and processes to drive sales and efficiency while providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of approximately ten people, motivating and developing the management team.
- Shape store culture by modeling leadership behaviors aligned with Sprouts values.
- Drive sales growth and ensure compliance with safety and food safety standards.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure product freshness and accuracy.
- Address emergencies and resolve issues with urgency.
- Manage P&L, inventory, labor, and expenses.

Requirement:
- 1-3 years of retail experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business management or related field preferred.
- Food safety certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail software.
- Ability to lift 60 pounds and perform physical tasks.
