We are on a mission to transform the recruitment industry. Together, we’re building the first AI-native recruitment platform (ATS & CRM) that empowers professional recruiters to close more placements and help everyone find the right job more easily. **Why?** Recruitment is an $700B+ industry still running on outdated methods. The biggest players are slow to innovate. Spott isn’t a tool that will be added to legacy software, it is a full reset. We are the core operating software. AI-native, fast, scalable, and personal. **What We’re Looking For** ✔️ 3-10 years of sales or business development in SaaS or Recruitment. ✔️ Strong network or background in recruitment (tech). ✔️ High energy, self-motivation, and a relentless drive to win. ✔️ Strong ownership with a track record of exceeding quota and maintaining high close rates. **What You’ll Do** ✔️ Own the full US sales motion, generating pipeline and closing deals across remote and in-person channels. ✔️ Represent Spott at US events, hosting meetings, webinars, and live sales conversations. ✔️Work closely with a founder to refine sales process, tooling, and operating cadence to improve efficiency and execution. ✔️ Gather US customer feedback and work with the product team to improve the product. **What We Offer** **✔️** Competitive salary and generous stock options. ✔️ Work at a hyper-growth, YC-backed startup where speed and impact matter. ✔️ Great team vibe with regular dinners, sports activities and international offsites.
