Short Summary:
The Platform team at Spotify creates technology that enables rapid growth in users and business. They build Groove, a platform for planning, coordinating, and delivering work across Spotify, focusing on reducing friction and enhancing productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Build and evolve Groove, a fullstack platform for planning and collaboration.
- Design and deliver features like initiative tracking and planning workflows.
- Work across the stack using React, TypeScript, Java, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
- Partner with product managers and designers to create effective user experiences.
- Ensure reliability through testing and monitoring.
- Participate in on-call rotation for production incidents.
- Improve performance, scalability, and maintainability of systems.
- Lead design and delivery of complex features.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to team technical growth.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience building scalable fullstack applications.
- Comfortable with frontend and backend technologies.
- Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and web application architecture.
- Strong ownership of software from implementation to production.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills in distributed teams.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Proactive, curious, and motivated by continuous learning.
