Short Summary:
Join Spotify's Speech team to conduct research in speech technology, collaborating with engineers and researchers to push the boundaries of speech synthesis, recognition, and audio generation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research in areas of speech technology, such as text-to-speech synthesis and automatic speech recognition.
- Develop and evaluate models using real-world data at scale.
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, product managers, and designers to translate research into product impact.
- Contribute to a long-term research roadmap while working on a focused internship project.
- Opportunity to publish work at relevant conferences.

Requirement:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a PhD, MSc, or equivalent in machine learning, signal processing, or related area.
- Solid hands-on skills in sourcing, cleaning, manipulating, analyzing, and modeling real data.
- Experience with modern deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch).
- Research experience in speech synthesis, speech recognition, or related domains.
- Familiarity with current speech and audio ML literature.
