Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of machine learning engineers, fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
- Set technical direction and partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering leaders.
- Guide the design, development, deployment, and operation of production machine learning systems at scale.
- Support engineers through mentorship, career development, and performance management.
- Drive execution by prioritizing work and removing obstacles.
- Foster engineering excellence through modern practices and experimentation.
- Influence technical strategy across squads and missions.
- Champion the adoption of emerging machine learning technologies.

Requirement:
- Experience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams.
- Expertise in building and operating production machine learning systems at scale.
- Understanding of the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle.
- Experience with modern machine learning techniques, including large language models.
- Effective communication across engineering, product, and data science.
- Commitment to building inclusive teams.
