Short Summary:
Join Spotify's Personalization team to lead the Conversation Product Area, focusing on building the shared Agent Engine and supporting infrastructure for audio discovery and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Own engineering execution and technical direction for the Conversation Product Area, including the Agent Engine and AI Voice platform.
- Co-lead the Product Area in a paired product/engineering model.
- Manage a team of ~70 engineers, ensuring accountability across the product area.
- Drive migration of existing infrastructure onto the shared Agent Engine.
- Define technical strategy for Spotify's voice investment and set engineering quality standards.
- Participate in leadership group discussions on project prioritization and engineering culture.

Requirement:
- Deep technical expertise with experience in large engineering organizations.
- Familiarity with LLM-based agent systems, evaluation infrastructure design, large-scale retrieval systems, or speech/voice ML systems.
- Proven track record of managing managers and building scalable teams.
