Project Manager

Sparus Holdings is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project operations, manage client relationships, and lead field teams. This role is responsible for project planning, staffing, budgeting, and performance management while ensuring projects meet operational goals, client expectations, and safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee project's daily operations, scheduling, and overall execution.
• Manage client relationships and ensure project goals and expectations are met.
• Supervise field supervisors and technicians, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Monitor project budgets, productivity, and performance while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong problem-solving and client relationship management skills.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervises field supervisors and technicians. The number of direct reports will vary based on project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience. Military experience will be considered.
• Three or more years of project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, and project operations preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work in both office and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions and terrain.
• Ability to walk 8–12 miles per day and operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to perform routine office tasks, including lifting files, bending, and standing as needed.

Schedule & Travel

Full-time, salaried position, typically Monday through Friday. Hours may vary based on project needs, with occasional evenings and weekends required. Limited overnight travel is expected, depending on project location and client requirements.
