Responsibilities:
- Create intuitive user experiences by transforming concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Facilitate digital product development through research, conception, ideation, prototyping, and supporting user testing.
- Identify design problems and devise user-centric solutions.
- Present designs to stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Advocate for user and human-centered design methods.
- Collaborate with UX researchers, product leads, engineers, and stakeholders to implement a shared product vision.
- Implement the U.S. Digital Service Playbook and U.S. Web Design Standards' guiding principles.

Requirement:
- At least eight years of experience as a UX designer on product teams.
- Proficient in UX/UI prototyping tools (preferably Figma).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Knowledge of Web Accessibility Standards (preferably Section 508 experience).
- Ability to work independently and produce excellent results.
- A portfolio showcasing a sharp eye for detail and robust design process.
- Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Candidates must have lived in the United States for 3 out of the past 5 years.
