Responsibilities:
- Ensure continuous improvement of data quality through solutions and strategies.
- Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines to extract data from various sources.
- Collaborate with product managers and teams to deliver business value for CMS.
- Analyze data, identify errors, and develop processes to improve data quality.
- Implement data validation checks and handle exceptions in ETL processes.
- Document processes, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.
- Develop scripts and dashboards to monitor data accuracy and quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to provide input on testing progress.

Requirement:
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience in developing scalable data pipelines.
- Proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and data modeling.
- 2-4 years of experience with data analytics tools (SQL, R, Python) and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Advanced Excel expertise required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Must have lived in the United States for 3 out of the past 5 years.
