We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Supervisor to join our team in SPAR Westwood. As a Shop Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our shop and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service.

• Manage and supervise a team of shop staff

• Ensure smooth operation of the shop floor

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner

• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
