Store Supervisor at SPAR Birr-Railway road

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Store Supervisor - Full-Time to join our team at SPAR Birr Railway Road. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising store operations, supporting and motivating the team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

• Support the day-to-day operation of the store

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service

• Ensure high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and stock availability

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner

• Carry out cash handling and till reconciliation procedures

• Act as a key holder, opening and closing the store as required

• Support store operations across retail, checkout, fresh food, and deli areas as required

• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times

• Previous retail or supervisory experience is desirable

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Cash handling experience is an advantage

• Reliable, flexible, and able to use initiative

• Knowledge of Health & Safety and HACCP requirements is an advantage
