Creative Video Editor & Social Media Manager

About the Role

Spar & Bernstein is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Video Editor & Social Media Manager to elevate our social media presence and help turn engaging content into new clients.

We're not looking for someone who simply edits footage and posts videos. We want someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, keeps them watching, and inspires them to take action.

You'll transform raw footage, legal commentary, and trending topics into compelling short-form content while contributing original ideas and creative strategies.

Our goal isn't just views and followers. It's building trust, generating leads, and attracting clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Develop compelling hooks, storytelling, pacing, captions, and visual effects that maximize audience retention.

• Identify opportunities to restructure and improve raw footage.

• Create attention-grabbing titles, captions, and calls to action.

• Manage social media publishing, scheduling, and content calendars.

• Research trends, develop original content ideas, and identify opportunities for growth.

• Analyze video performance, engagement, and lead generation to continuously improve content.

• Take ownership of projects from initial footage through final publishing with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in video editing, content creation, or social media management.

• Strong portfolio of high-performing short-form video content.

• Expert understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

• Excellent creative instincts, storytelling ability, and understanding of audience retention.

• Experience with social media analytics and performance-driven content.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.

• Experience in lead-generation marketing or professional services is a plus.
