Short Summary:
As the Facilities Operations Manager at SpaceXAI Memphis, you will own the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical data center infrastructure, leading a team to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Facilities Operations Supervisors and Technicians.
- Own the maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance of data center infrastructure.
- Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Create and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency response plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and champion a strong safety culture.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams for equipment management.
- Oversee inventory and asset management strategies.
- Manage critical equipment maintenance and capital projects.
- Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Own vendor relationships and service contracts.
- Provide 24/7 on-call leadership for critical facilities incidents.
- Develop and manage operational budgets and resource planning.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
- 7+ years of experience managing critical facilities systems.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience in technical operations.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Proven track record of leading facilities infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency with building management systems and maintenance management systems.
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with attention to detail.
- Must pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license.
