The Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Own your pipeline across a defined list of named accounts: prospect, qualify, build the business case, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals across banking, credit union, wealth management, and insurance accounts.
• Multi-thread the account: build trusted relationships with C-suite and line-of-business stakeholders across CX, Operations, IT, and Compliance, all of whom have a say in the decision.
• Navigate the regulated buyer: work fluently with procurement, legal, information security, and compliance review, and know which contract vehicles unlock the fastest path to signature.
• Orchestrate the deal team: bring in Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Executive Leadership, and Finance at the right moment in the cycle.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses: comfortable playing whatever role a competitive process demands.
• Expand and solidify SoundHound's presence in the industry: leverage your relationships, trade associations, banking and fintech events to keep pipeline full and SoundHound top of mind.
• Leverage partners: sell through SoundHound's channel and systems-integrator relationships.
• Bring a real point of view: on how agentic and voice AI change the economics of financial services CX, and use it to open doors with prospects.
• Travel: Up to 50%.

What You'll Bring

• 12+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals into Banking and Financial Services organizations.
• Direct experience selling into Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance you know the buying committee, the compliance gauntlet, and the industry's language.
• Track record selling enterprise software core banking, CRM, ERP, cloud infrastructure, or contact-center platforms into Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance accounts, with vendors such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow, FIS, Fiserv, Temenos, NICE, or Genesys.
• Proven quota attainment, with experience managing $1M-$2M quotas and 6 to 7 figure ACV deal cycles.
• Comfort managing a pipeline of 20+ concurrent opportunities without letting any go stale.
• Strong executive presence proven success presenting to and negotiating with C-level decision-makers.
• Sharp instincts for qualifying, forecasting, and handling objections across long, multi-threaded sales cycles.
