Local Team Collaboration:
- We take pride in our well-established team at Presbyterian Plains Regional of 6 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider (APP), with the support of a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator.
- Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.
- This is part of the Presbyterian System, with a total of 9 hospitals in NM. This 106-bed hospital serves Eastern NM and West TX.
Qualifications:
- Must be an ACNP.
- We provide in-house licensing and credentialing support.
- We have a robust onboarding/training process.
Scheduling:
- Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be admitting, discharging, and rounding during the week.
- NO Procedures.
- Most specialists are in-house.
- CRNAs manage the 7 ICU beds.
- EPIC EMR.

- Quick drive to Lubbock, TX, Santa FE, NM, and Albuquerque, NM. You are also on a quick flight to places like DFW and Houston.
Rewards and Compensation:
- $160,000 annual base salary.
- 20 days of PTO, in addition to major holidays.
