Short Summary:
SOTI is seeking a Senior Manager, Professional Services with a proven record of delivering measurable impact. This role involves leading teams, managing service delivery, and driving commercial performance in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Enterprise Services and Professional Services business EMEA.
- Manage 4 teams of Professional Services and Enterprise Services, ensuring accountability for service delivery and customer outcomes.
- Own the commercial performance of the regional PS business, including revenue and bookings targets.
- Oversee delivery of implementations, migrations, and upgrades to SOTI software.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and strategic partners.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure compliance with security and data handling requirements.

Requirement:
- 10+ years in professional services or enterprise software delivery, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing managers and leading a multi-layer organization.
- Track record of owning commercial performance for a Services org P&L.
- Experience leading enterprise software implementations at scale.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally.
