Short Summary:
PlayStation Studios Finance team is seeking a Manager, FP&A, Creative and Services to be a key finance partner to Creative Arts, Localisation, and Co-Development studios teams, managing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business support for Sound and Music teams within Creative Arts.

Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Sound and Music teams within Creative Arts.
- Partner with business leaders to identify risks and opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and influence business outcomes.
- Drive executive-level reporting and presentation materials explaining financial performance and variance drivers.
- Support cost optimisation efforts by identifying opportunities for efficiency and better resource allocation.
- Own cost allocation methodology and related processes.
- Build ad hoc financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses.
- Drive standardisation, automation, and process improvements across planning, reporting, and forecasting activities.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals.

Requirement:
- People management/leadership experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced finance certifications are a plus.
- 7–10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related finance functions.
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, or subscription/live service business models preferred.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative approach with experience working across cross-functional and global teams.
