Junior Inside Territory Manager

Responsibilities:

• Driving revenue growth through a channel/partner-focused approach to generate net new business
• Growing existing SMB accounts through selected regional channel partners and distributors
• Engaging and supporting channel partners in activities that contribute to pipeline growth and revenue generation
• Enhancing and strengthening relationships with Channel Partners through knowledge of SonicWall’s technology, products, and services
• Promoting and driving marketing campaigns within the channel community
• Maintaining relationships with channel partners, including understanding their business models, organizational structures, and supporting annual business planning processes
• Driving Channel Partner revenue and managing pipeline activity
• Conducting outbound phone and email communications with both existing and prospective Channel Partners
• Acting as a liaison between Customers, Partners, and the SonicWall sales organization

Requirements:

• Must reside in the U.S. and be located in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data and analysis into actionable business plans that support decision-making, and the ability to actively listen and identify key insights from colleagues, Partners, Distributors, and Customers
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize workload effectively
• Ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects through to completion
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and follow through on assigned projects
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
• Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%)

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of related experience; or an advanced degree with no prior experience required; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
