Video Editor (Part-Time)

A coaching and education business is hiring a part-time Video Editor to turn recorded content into polished videos, write captions, and get them scheduled.

About the role

You will take content created by the team and handle the execution: editing the video, writing the caption, and scheduling it. The team has a documented brand voice and an AI-supported content workflow in place, so you are a doer who carries out the plan, not a strategist who sets it. The role starts part-time, with the potential to grow into full-time.

Required Qualifications

• Strong video editing skills, with a portfolio of edited work
• Experience writing captions for video content
• Experience scheduling and publishing content
• Able to work independently on your own schedule, hit agreed KPIs, and join the occasional meeting

Preferred Qualifications

• AI literacy and critical thinking with AI tools, beyond basic lookups
• Experience with GoHighLevel or a similar all-in-one CRM and marketing platform

Responsibilities

• Edit video content provided by the team

• Schedule finished content for publishing
• Work from existing brand guidance and AI-supported workflows
• Keep to a regular check-in cadence and report against KPIs
