SU - Business Analyst
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst at a growing U.S.-based company. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting data-driven decision-making, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to help the company achieve its strategic and operational goals.
Qualifications:

More than 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/business operations role

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and performance metrics

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data accurately

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings to different stakeholders

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and business analysis or data visualization tools

Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes, operational data, and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

Gather, organize, and interpret data from multiple sources to support business decisions

Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key business insights and performance results

Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements that increase productivity and operational effectiveness

Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular analysis and recommendations based on results

Support forecasting, capacity planning, budgeting, and other business planning activities

Conduct research and analysis to support strategic initiatives and business growth

Document business requirements, processes, workflows, and recommendations

Identify potential risks, challenges, and areas of improvement and provide data-driven solutions

Support the implementation and monitoring of new processes, systems, and initiatives
-
Continuously evaluate business performance and provide insights that support long-term growth and efficiency
Compensation
$5,000 - $10,000 per month, paid in USD depending on experience.
