Project Responsibilities

• Define the overall architecture covering .NET, React, React Native, Spring Boot, Flowable and Oracle.
• Design application, API, integration and workflow architecture.
• Define integration patterns for Avaya Call Center, Firebird SMS and M-Files.
• Design on-premises deployment architecture with Infrastructure, DevOps, DBA and Security teams.
• Define SSO/IAM, RBAC, encryption, audit, performance, high availability, backup and DR requirements.
• Establish coding standards, architecture principles and development guidelines.
• Lead technical decisions, design reviews and critical code reviews across Agile sprints.
• Guide backend, frontend, mobile and integration developers.
• Coordinate with the AI Solution Architect on secure on-premises AI integration.
• Support production readiness, troubleshooting and go-live.

Role Purpose
Own the end-to-end solution architecture and technical governance for a secure, scalable, on-premises enterprise platform. The Solution Architect is the technical design authority across .NET, React, React Native, Spring Boot, Flowable and Oracle, and accountable for the architecture delivering the platform’s security, performance and integration requirements.
Must-haves

10+ years of experience in enterprise application development, solution architecture, and large-scale software delivery.
Strong experience designing and governing end-to-end enterprise solutions, including scalability, security, integration, and performance considerations.
Proven experience serving as technical design authority across multiple technology domains and delivery teams.
Experience leading technical decisions, architecture reviews, design reviews, and critical code reviews within Agile environments.
Experience mentoring and guiding backend, frontend, mobile, and integration engineering teams.
Experience supporting production readiness, go-live activities, troubleshooting, and platform stabilization.
Technical Stack
Expert-level experience with .NET enterprise architecture and backend service design.
Strong experience with Spring Boot–based API and integration layers.
Advanced experience with React web applications and React Native mobile applications.
Advanced experience with Oracle-based enterprise systems and data architectures.
Experience with Flowable or similar BPM/workflow platforms.
Architecture & Integration Experience
Strong modern API and integration architecture experience, including REST services and distributed enterprise applications.
Experience designing application, API, integration, and workflow architectures.
Proven experience defining integration patterns for:
Avaya Contact Center
Firebird SMS
M-Files
Experience designing reusable workflow and service patterns.
Experience defining enterprise deployment architecture in collaboration with Infrastructure, DevOps, DBA, and Security teams.

Strong experience with:

VAPT remediation
Experience defining:
High Availability (HA)
Disaster Recovery (DR)
Backup strategies
Performance requirements
Experience with on-premises enterprise deployments and operational environments.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, environment topology (DEV/UAT/PROD), monitoring, and operational governance.
AI & Emerging Technologies
Understanding of secure AI platform integration in enterprise environments.
Experience collaborating with AI architecture teams to integrate on-premises AI services into enterprise solutions.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
TOGAF certification is an advantage.
