Location: Germany, Switzerland or Austria | Reports to: Regional President DACH | Team: Regional Services Delivery | Work arrangement: Hybrid | Language requirements: Fluent/Professional level English and German, written and verbal. Visa Requirements: Valid visa for DACH region.
This leadership role combines business ownership, service delivery excellence, operational performance, and strategic growth across the DACH region. Key responsibilities include:
Leading the successful delivery of Professional, Managed, and Support Services across DACH, ensuring consistent execution, customer satisfaction, and alignment with global governance standards.
Optimising regional, remote, and partner delivery capabilities to balance customer outcomes, scalability, operational efficiency, and profitable growth.
Driving customer adoption, transformation outcomes, and long-term value realisation while ensuring services deliver measurable business impact.
Owning regional Services performance, including P&L, forecasting, revenue recognition, delivery costs, investments, operational KPIs, and financial targets.
Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, vendors, and executive customer stakeholders to grow the Services business and drive successful delivery of strategic engagements.
Leading proactive risk, escalation, SLA, and governance management to protect customer satisfaction, business performance, and commercial outcomes.
Driving innovation, automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement to enhance delivery quality, productivity, and scalability.
Aligning regional execution with portfolio strategy, strategic growth priorities, and the Centres of Excellence framework.
Building and developing high-performing leadership teams, strengthening succession, talent development, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
Acting as a visible executive leader and role model, fostering a culture of accountability, customer focus, performance, and continuous improvement.
What we need to see from you
We are looking for a senior services leader with the commercial depth, delivery discipline, and executive presence to scale a complex regional Services business. You bring:
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale Professional, Managed, and Support Services organisations, with accountability for business performance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
A strong commercial mindset, with the ability to drive revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and strategic business outcomes in a complex services environment.
Proven success building, developing, and inspiring high-performing leadership teams across multiple countries, locations, and cultures.
The ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, Country Leadership, strategic partners, and vendors to achieve shared objectives and accelerate business success.
Deep expertise in scaling and optimising service delivery organisations, leveraging market insights, modern delivery practices, and strong Go-to-Market collaboration to drive customer value and business growth.
