DevOps Engineer

About this position

SoftTeco is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join international projects focused on building and supporting cloud infrastructure and improving deployment processes. The role involves working with AWS environments, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and services primarily in AWS
• Provision and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
• Configure, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes
• Deploy and support containerized applications in Kubernetes environments
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and reliability
• Support development teams with deployment automation and DevOps best practices
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues across development and production environments
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to improve system scalability, security, and operational efficiency
• Participate in infrastructure improvements and cloud optimization initiatives

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices
• Experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of Linux systems and production environments
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools
• Understanding of DevOps principles, automation, and release processes

• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Attention to reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement
• English level: Intermediate (B1+) or higher
