SOFTCONSTRUCT - Senior Project Manager

Are you GAME to JOIN US  and be our new  Senior Project Manager ? SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team! We are looking for motivated and responsible Senior Project Manager for our Certifications Department. The Ideal candidate needs to have at least 4 years of relevant experience and English proficiency at least B2 level. Responsibilities Project Management

• Manage software certification projects from initiation to completion
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery of certification milestones
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, regulatory, and external certification bodies
• Monitor project progress; report on status, risks, and issues to the head of the department
• Ensure final reports include the relevant scope of certification, company name, and regulatory details

Certification and Compliance

• Understand and interpret relevant certification standards and regulations
• Support the development and documentation of certification requirements
• Prepare and submit certification documentation to certification bodies
• Liaise with certification laboratories and resolve related queries or issues

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and certification records
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for stakeholders
• Ensure all project and certification documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date

General Responsibilities

• Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software project management
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Experience with quality assurance practices and tools
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
