Business Analyst, Product Delivery (m/f/d)

Why SOFICO?

At SOFICO, we’re shaping the future of mobility - and we’re doing it together. Our software, Miles, is a leading platform that enables companies worldwide to manage their leasing, fleet, and mobility operations in one integrated system. Every day, we help our customers work smarter, more efficiently, and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.

Behind that impact is a close-knit, international team that values collaboration, ownership, and continuous growth. We move forward with ambition but stay grounded in a culture where people support each other and take pride in what they build.

As a Business Analyst, you're the link between the business and the developers. You find out what customers and Product Owners actually need, turn that into requirements the team can build, and help decide how Miles should change to fit.

A lot of that work happens with AI. We're building AI into every stage of our product development lifecycle, from discovery and analysis to specification, testing and documentation. You'll use AI agents to research a domain, analyse processes and draft or challenge requirements. You still check the result, and you own it.

What you’ll do...

• Translate business processes into structured requirements, epics and user stories, with acceptance criteria clear enough for both developers and AI agents to work from;
• Use AI tools throughout your analysis: exploring the domain, modelling processes, drafting stories and specifications, and reviewing what the AI produces before it reaches the team;
• Spot gaps in the current Miles offering and propose solutions that fit the market and can realistically be built;
• Help Product Owners prioritise, based on a solid understanding of customer needs, the market and product strategy;
• Take an active part in Scrum ceremonies such as refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives;
• Keep stakeholders informed and aligned on what's coming next;
• Share what works when using AI for analysis, so your team and the wider Product organisation can learn from it.

You think analytically and enjoy digging into complex problems until the patterns show. You work well in cross-functional, international teams, you listen carefully, and you can explain things clearly to business people and engineers alike. When a topic gets vague, you're the one who brings structure.

You don't need to be an AI expert from day one. We care more about curiosity, sound judgement and a good grasp of the business behind the software.

What you bring...

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a software product or delivery environment;
• Experience in automotive finance, leasing, fleet management or mobility is a strong plus;
• Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements in leasing and financial services;
• Skills in business process modelling, requirements elicitation and documentation, using tools like Draw.io, Figma or Visio;
• Comfort working in Agile/Scrum teams with tools like Jira and Confluence;
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your daily work, or a real wish to build that experience. Experience with spec-driven development or writing specifications for AI agents is a plus;
• Willingness to travel occasionally to our other international offices.

What's in it for you

• Competitive salary;
• Daily meal allowance per working day;
• Fully covered private health insurance, so you can focus on what matters most;
• Hybrid working and flexible hours, giving you the freedom to shape your workday;
• A modern co-working space offering a comfortable working environment;
• From day one, you’ll be supported through a structured onboarding program, with guidance from a dedicated coach to help you get up to speed and grow in your role;
• And because strong teams go beyond day-to-day work, we regularly create opportunities to connect - from casual drinks to team activities and company-wide events.
