Senior Commercial Account Executive - Acquisition

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

We are hiring a Commercial Account Executive to drive new business acquisition across the Israeli mid-market. This is a high-velocity, full-cycle sales role where you will own a territory of commercial accounts, build pipeline from the ground up, and close deals that land Snowflake's platform in some of Israel's most innovative and fast-growing companies. You will work at the intersection of a deeply technical product and a market that is uniquely receptive to data and AI innovation. This is the first Commercial AE role in Israel, and you will play a foundational part in building Snowflake's commercial presence in one of the world's most dynamic technology markets.

AS A COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

• Own the full sales cycle for a defined territory of mid-market and commercial accounts in Israel, from prospecting and pipeline generation through negotiation and close

• Build and execute a territory plan that prioritises the highest-potential accounts and aligns outbound activity with Snowflake's go-to-market strategy for the Israeli market

• Generate pipeline through a disciplined mix of outbound prospecting, partnership with Sales Development Representatives, and field marketing programs

• Run compelling discovery conversations that uncover data, analytics, and AI pain points and connect them to Snowflake's platform capabilities

• Deliver product demonstrations alongside Solution Engineers, translating technical capabilities into clear business value for commercial buyers

• Manage a high volume of concurrent opportunities across different stages, maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene in Salesforce

• Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Partner teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from first touch through go-live

• Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

OUR IDEAL COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE WILL HAVE:

• 5+ years of experience in a closing sales role in enterprise B2B technology, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota

• Experience selling into mid-market or commercial accounts with deal cycles of 30 to 120 days

• Demonstrated ability to build pipeline through outbound prospecting and to manage a high volume of concurrent opportunities

• Strong discovery and qualification skills, with the ability to identify business pain and connect it to a technical platform value proposition

• Comfort presenting to technical and business audiences including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Heads of Data

• Fluency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written) is required

• Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent)

• A competitive, resilient mindset with a genuine drive to win and a bias toward action

Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
