Middle Social Media Manager

🚀 Welcome to Your Next Adventure! We're looking for a creative, strategic, and social-first Social Media Manager to lead the organic social media presence of Snoonu and Snoonu City . You'll own social media strategy, content development, organic growth, and community engagement, ensuring our platforms are culturally relevant, entertaining, and aligned with our brand positioning. You'll oversee Instagram, TikTok, and X for Snoonu , alongside Snoonu City's social media presence, ensuring each brand has a distinct voice, a clear content strategy, and an engaged community. This role is equal parts strategist, creative thinker, trend spotter, data-driven marketer, and team leader. If you're constantly spotting trends, thinking in content series instead of individual posts, and asking "How do we make people share this?" —we'd love to meet you. 🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On:

Content & Creative Leadership

• Ensure every brand campaign has a strong organic social media execution that drives conversation, engagement, and shareability.
• Maintain a balance between planned content and reactive, trend-driven opportunities.

Community Management

• Coordinate with Customer Care and PR teams to address feedback and escalate sensitive issues when necessary.

Performance & Insights

• Define clear organic social media KPIs and performance benchmarks for Snoonu and Snoonu City.

• Set clear objectives, priorities, and development plans for each team member.
• Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing Manager to integrate creator-generated content into organic social strategies.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

• 4–6 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Content, or Content Strategy.
• Proven track record of growing consumer-facing social media accounts organically.
• Experience managing and developing social media teams.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and X, including platform algorithms, content formats, and audience behavior.
• Strong understanding of Qatar and GCC social media culture, trends, and local audience preferences.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
