5+ Years Qatar - Lusail Full-Time 🚀 Welcome to Your Next Adventure! We are looking for a strategic and creative PR & Communications Lead to shape how our brand is seen, heard, and understood. In this role, you’ll lead our external communications, strengthen media relationships, drive impactful PR initiatives, and protect and enhance our brand reputation. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to turn business priorities into compelling stories that resonate with our customers, partners, media, and wider community. 🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On:

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR and communications strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and brand positioning.
• Serve as the key point of contact for media inquiries, coordinating interviews, press releases, statements, and other external communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, industry partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Proactively identify PR opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, visibility, and reputation.
• Lead the development of press releases, announcements, thought leadership, executive communications, and other corporate communications materials.
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and brand sentiment, providing regular reporting and actionable insights.
• Ensure consistent messaging and tone of voice across external and internal communication channels.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Leadership, People & Culture, and other internal teams to align communications with business priorities.
• Develop and manage crisis communications strategies, including response plans and messaging for reputational risks.
• Plan and oversee press events, conferences, webinars, speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and other PR initiatives.
• Develop and execute CSR and community engagement initiatives aligned with the company’s mission and values.
• Support executive positioning and thought leadership through media opportunities, speaking engagements, and strategic communications.
• Measure the effectiveness of PR and communications initiatives and continuously optimize strategies based on results.
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners where required, including negotiations and relationship management.

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PR, Corporate Communications, or a related role, with experience leading communications initiatives.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR and communications strategies.
• Strong media relations experience and an established understanding of the media landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling and messaging capabilities.
• Experience in corporate communications, reputation management, and crisis communications.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally with senior leadership and internal teams.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in tech, e-commerce, food delivery, or other fast-paced industries is a plus.
