The Associate Digital Solutions Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and deploying innovative web applications and system integrations that drive our digital transformation roadmap. You will work across the full stack to turn complex business process maps into efficient, scalable software. This role is perfect for a developer who thrives on solving real-world problems through automation, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and takes pride in writing clean, secure, and maintainable code. 🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On:

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain internal web applications and micro-services, ensuring high-quality, responsive user interfaces.
• System Integration: Roll out new business systems and build robust integrations (REST/GraphQL, webhooks) to connect disparate platforms.
• Process Automation: Transform manual workflows into automated solutions using Google Apps Script and other tools to significantly boost operational efficiency.
• Quality & Support: Provide Level-2 support for in-house applications, troubleshoot technical blockers, and ensure all deployments meet strict security and performance standards.

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development (academic projects and internships count).
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with familiarity in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).
• Experience with Google Workspace automation (Google Apps Script) and familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of SQL, RESTful APIs, and version control (Git).
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
