Short Summary:
As a Clinical Experience Manager at SmarterDx, you will enhance sales and customer success initiatives by demonstrating and explaining Revenue Cycle Management technology solutions to healthcare clients. Your clinical expertise will help ensure our solutions meet the specific needs of clinicians.
Responsibilities:
- Help hospitals and health systems understand how AI-powered CDI can improve documentation, boost revenue, and drive quality care.- Work closely with Customer Success to refine documentation workflows and help clients maximize their CDI programs.- Design, implement, and refine educational materials for CDI specialists.- Communicate directly with client CDI leaders to establish trust and demonstrate knowledge of clinical documentation best practices.
Requirement:
- Clinical Expertise: MD, RN, or another relevant clinical credential.- Familiarity with ICD-10, HCC coding, Medicare guidelines, and payer documentation requirements.- Proven ability to engage with prospects and clients, translating clinical concepts into business impact.- Excitement about the role AI can play in transforming CDI and revenue cycle management.
