Short Summary:
Sleek is seeking a Principal Full Stack Engineer to lead the architectural vision and delivery of complex web applications and core platform services, focusing on customer delight and intelligent automation.

Responsibilities:
- Architect, build, and maintain production-grade SaaS applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend frameworks (React/Vue), and backend environments (Node.js/NestJS).
- Design resilient APIs, database schemas (Postgres, MongoDB), and cloud-native services.
- Implement agentic AI capabilities and intelligent workflows into production applications.
- Build and maintain engineering harnesses, automated workflows, and internal developer tooling.
- Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks in APIs, data pipelines, and backend microservices.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and lead technical architecture reviews.

Requirement:
- 8+ years of experience in shipping and running production SaaS.
- Experience with scalable distributed systems, APIs, and service boundaries.
- Proficiency in TypeScript / Node.js and relational/document databases.
- Full-stack ownership from schema to production.
- Experience in building internal developer tooling and automation.
- Familiarity with cloud operations, observability, and security.
- Experience in building AI-powered product capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive technical outcomes.
